ISE Corporation Receives ISO9001 Registration

SAN DIEGO, CA, September 25, 2006 — ISE Corporation was recently registered to the internationally recognized Quality Assurance Management System ISO9001:2000 by the registration body National Quality Assurance. The scope of registration is "Design, Prototyping, Manufacture and Service Support of Hybrid Drive Systems for Mass Transit Systems and Heavy Duty Vehicles".

During the past year, ISE has been developing and implementing formal processes and inspection criteria for its production, prototype and service activities. By adopting the requirements within the standard, ISE has been able to improve the quality and reliability of its products as well as streamline its processes.

This registration will enhance ISE's future business operations and symbolizes ISE's commitment to achieve and maintain high quality products and services to its customers. ISE Corporation is looking to further develop its quality system to even higher and more stringent requirements in the near future.
